Cortina Watch is the official agent for H. Moser & Cie. and Franck Muller. If your watch is from another brand and you would prefer to send it for servicing by the official agent, we will help you with the process.
My watch needs servicing, what should I do?

How can I check on the status of my service?
Kindly call the boutique where you deposited your watch for servicing. Please prepare your repair chit number given upon sending your watch to repair and/or servicing – we will be able to trace your case and provide an
Is there any warranty after servicing?
Cortina Watch provides a twelve-month warranty upon completion of servicing.
For watches serviced by other official agents, the warranty may vary from twelve to twenty-four months depending on the official agent.
