Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay debit and credit cards.

Are my payment details secure?

For security reasons, we do not retain your debit or credit card information on our website.  As such, you will be asked to enter your debit or credit card information for each purchase, unless you have a ShopPay account.  By ordering through our website, you agree to submit to Cortina Watch such card information and other personal and delivery information as may be reasonably requested by Cortina Watch or the payment processor to process the order and payment for the order, and to arrange for self-collection or delivery and invoicing.  All information submitted, including your personal information, shall be processed in accordance with Cortina Watch’s Privacy Policy.

How will I know if my payment is successful?

All payments are verified by third party payment processors. Your order will be placed on hold if your payment is declined or unsuccessful for any reason. Please try again, ensuring that you have entered the correct information. If the payment issue persists, you may contact your issuing bank, try an alternate payment mode, or Contact Us.

Orders

How do I place an order?

To place an order simply:

– Sign-in or create an account

– Shop for the items you are interested in by brand, category and/or price

– Add the items to your shopping cart

– Proceed to checkout

– Enter your billing and shipping address

– Select payment method

– Review and confirm your order

– Make payment

Do I need to sign up for an account to place an order?

We do not allow guest checkouts at this time. You are required to Register. for an account to start shopping. Please be assured that all personal information submitted online will be kept confidential and processed in accordance with Cortina Watch’s Privacy Policy.

How do I know if my order has been received?

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us with details of your order. You may also view your orders in your Order History while signed in to your account. In addition, Cortina Watch may contact you by telephone, email or other mode of communication within 2 business days to confirm receipt of your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it is received. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

Can I change my order?

You may make the following changes to your order:

  • Change of shipping address
  • Change of shipping method (Delivery or Self-Collection)

If you need to make any amendments, please email your request to ecom@cortinawatch.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Where can I view my order information and history?

You can view your order information and history by signing into your account and clicking on My Orders

Why does my order show as cancelled?

In rare instances, your order may show up in your order history as cancelled. Cortina Watch reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to lack of product inventory and operational or brand limitations. In these cases, you will be offered a full refund in accordance with the terms of our Returns & Refunds Policy.

I’m interested in a watch that is not offered on this site. Can you help?

Not all products are made available for online purchase. If you are looking for a particular model that is not on the site, feel free to reach out to us via the Contact Us form.

For us to better assist you, please provide the brand name and model number of the watch(es) that you are interested in     .

Taxes & Duties

Taxes & Duties

For local delivery within Singapore, you will be charged a Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate, which is calculated based on the item price less any discounts.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We offer free standard delivery within Thailand. (Remote areas will take more day for delivery.) We do not offer shipping to locations outside of Thailand at this time. However, Cortina Watch has stores in 6 Countries and we would be glad to assist you in any of our stores.

How much are the shipping rates?

We offer free standard delivery within Thailand. (Remote areas will take more day for delivery.)

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each address.

Do you ship to Post Office (P.O.) box or freight forwarding addresses?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. box or freight forwarding addresses as personal signature is required to acknowledge receipt of parcel.

Do I need to be present for the delivery?

Due to the value of your order, we require a person who is 18 years of age or older to accept the delivery and to sign off on the delivery invoice. For more information, please see our Delivery Policy.

How long will my items take to arrive?

While we are unable to guarantee delivery times, we aim to meet the following schedule:

Once your order details are confirmed, your item will be processed within 2 business days. You will receive your order in 3-5 business days after processing, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Returns & Refunds

Can I request a return?

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. 

We allow returns in the following circumstances:

  • Damaged/defective product(s) upon receipt; or
  • Incorrect product(s) received.

In these cases, after Cortina Watch verifies the eligibility of a product to be returned for the above 2 reasons, you will be issued a full refund in the form of store credits. While we do not offer one-to-one exchanges at this time, you are welcome to apply the store credit toward a purchase of the same item on our website.

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns if:

  • Damage to the product is due to improper use or handling by recipient;
  • Return is not requested within ten (10) calendar days of delivery;
  • Damage of the product is due to subjecting it to unusual or unadvisable physical, environmental or electrical stress,
  • Product has been modified without our authorization; or
  • You have changed your mind about your purchase.

Warranty & Servicing

Do my purchases come with product warranty?

Products sold come with an international manufacturer’s warranty unless specified otherwise.

Can I buy extended warranty for my purchase?

We do not provide/sell any extended warranty. Only manufacturer’s warranties are available with your purchase.

What does the manufacturer’s warranty cover?

In general, normal wear and tear and impact due to negligence / accident are not covered under manufacturer’s warranty. 

Battery replacement after the first year of purchase is not covered under warranty.

Do you provide After Sales services?

We are pleased to provide After Sales services for products under manufacturer’s warranty.

To request for a repair of products under manufacturer’s warranty, the original product warranty card (clearly indicated with the purchase date, model and serial numbers and retailer’s stamp) must be presented. All shipping charges for sending the product back to us will be borne by the customer.

If you require Cortina Watch to repair any product where the damage to such product is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, or the warranty has expired, Cortina Watch will charge for the repair and/or the parts.

How can I get my product, which is still under manufacturer’s warranty, repaired?

Our products come with international manufacturer’s warranty as standard. As such, you may send your product to any authorised dealer/agent in your country for repair if your product is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Should an authorised dealer/agent be unavailable in your country, you may Contact Us for assistance.

Product Care

What are some general points that I should note when taking care of my product?

In general, we recommend:

  • Sending your mechanical watch to an authorized service centre for servicing at least every three years; and
  • Sending your watch to an authorized service centre for battery replacement at least every 12 to 15 months.

The time frame for repairs varies widely but can range up to 6 months.
